Position(s): In Imperium Gaming I went from Trial-Moderator and worked my way up all the way up to the Server Director rank. In Radiation Gaming I went from a staff manager and worked up to Community Manager then eventually made it to Co-Owner.
Time as position(s): In Imperium Gaming I played for around a year as staff. And for Radiation Gaming I was staff for about 7 months.
Brief overview of the position(s): Well for Server Director on Imperium Gaming, I was to ensure the server's growth and I make sure the staff does what they do and I ensure that everything is going according to plan. I was overseeing the operation of the server and enforced punishments if needed. For Radiation Gaming I managed the Community and helped with executive decisions.

Why should we support your application, and what makes you more qualified than other players? (Please elaborate - minimum effort will not be tolerated):
What makes me more qualified than other players is that I actual had staff experience on this server before. I was removed from the staff team a while ago but Shepard said I could re-apply a while back so I am doing that now. I am a law enforcement officer in real life so I know how to speak with people when they are angry and use verbal judo to calm people down when they are emotionally distressed. I will do what I did when I was a staff back in the day and take as many sits as possible and put my RP as a second life. Staffing comes first and the players come first. I will maintain a serious and dedicated persona until I resign or am let off the staff team in the future. I will not fail the staff team nor the community. I want to work to make this community go forwards and not backwards. Also some personal information I am joining the military within 1 year so I will give a LOA in advancement for that.
