Reborn Gaming – Terms of Service

Welcome to Reborn Gaming. By accessing or using any Reborn Gaming services, including our game servers, website, store, Discord, forums, or related platforms (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. Community Values

Reborn Gaming exists to create a positive, welcoming, and respectful community. All members are expected to treat others with respect and contribute to a healthy environment.

Behavior that harms the community, disrupts services, or creates an unsafe environment will not be tolerated. Reborn Gaming reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior negatively impacts the community.

2. Age Requirement

By using Reborn Gaming services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required to use the platforms involved.

Because our services rely on third-party platforms such as Steam and Discord, users must meet the minimum age requirement of those services, which is generally 13 years of age or older.

If you are under the age required to legally consent to these terms in your jurisdiction, you may only use our services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behavior is strictly prohibited on any Reborn Gaming platform:

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Threats, intimidation, or incitement of violence
• Distribution or promotion of illegal content
• Participation in or encouragement of illegal activity
• Exploitation or endangerment of minors
• Pedophilia or any related behavior
• Posting personal information without consent (doxing)
• Impersonating staff or other users
• Spam, malicious advertising, or intentional disruption
• Circumventing community rules or staff actions

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or immediate community removal depending on severity.

4. Security Violations and Attacks

Any attempt, threat, or participation in activities intended to compromise the security, stability, or availability of Reborn Gaming services is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Backdooring or inserting malicious code
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in servers or software
• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• Network flooding or service disruption
• Doxing or attempting to expose personal information
• Coordinating attacks against the network
• Threatening to perform any of the above actions

Engaging in, assisting with, or threatening such activities will result in immediate community removal. Severe cases may be reported to hosting providers, platforms, or law enforcement.

5. Cheating, Exploits, and Abuse

Using cheats, exploits, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

• Game cheats or cheat software
• Exploit abuse
• Bug abuse
• Automation designed to bypass intended gameplay
• Manipulating server systems or mechanics

Accounts found abusing exploits may be permanently banned without warning.

6. Ban Evasion

Attempting to bypass a ban or restriction is prohibited.

• Using alternate accounts
• Using VPNs or proxies to evade enforcement
• Creating new identities to bypass restrictions
• Assisting another user in ban evasion

Ban evasion may result in extended or permanent removal across all Reborn Gaming services.

7. Purchases and Digital Goods

Reborn Gaming may offer digital goods, ranks, perks, or services through online purchases.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law
• Purchases do not grant immunity from bans or disciplinary action
• Violating the Terms of Service may result in loss of purchased items
• Digital goods have no real-world monetary value

8. Chargebacks and Payment Fraud

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent payment reversal after receiving digital goods or services is considered abuse of our payment systems.

If a chargeback or dispute occurs:

• Your account may be permanently suspended or removed
• All purchased goods may be revoked
• Access to Reborn Gaming services may be permanently restricted

Reborn Gaming reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and provide transaction records or account activity to payment processors to resolve disputes.

9. User-Generated Content

Reborn Gaming services may allow users to create or share content including chat messages, usernames, posts, images, or other materials (“User Content”).

While our staff moderates the community to the best of our abilities, we do not actively monitor all content and are not responsible for user-generated content posted by community members.

Users are solely responsible for the content they create or share.

Reborn Gaming reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or harms the community.

10. Content License

By submitting, posting, or sharing content on Reborn Gaming services, you grant Reborn Gaming a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, or distribute that content for purposes related to operating, promoting, or improving the community.

This license only applies to content shared within our services and does not transfer ownership of your content.

11. Third-Party Services

Reborn Gaming relies on several third-party services and platforms to operate.

These include but are not limited to:

• Steam, operated by Valve Corporation
• Discord, operated by Discord Inc.
• Tarin, operated by UrsineLabs, used for our shop and payment system

Use of these services may require acceptance of their respective terms and policies.

Reborn Gaming is not responsible for outages, restrictions, account actions, or policy enforcement performed by these third-party providers.

12. Security Monitoring

To protect the community and infrastructure, Reborn Gaming may monitor activity on its services.

This may include:

• Logging connection information
• Recording IP addresses
• Monitoring server interactions
• Detecting suspicious or malicious activity

These measures are used solely for security, moderation, and service stability purposes.

13. Service Availability

Reborn Gaming services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Permanent server availability
• Data persistence
• Continued operation of specific servers or features

We reserve the right to modify, reset, or discontinue services at any time without notice. Server wipes, data resets, or gameplay changes may occur.

14. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their accounts
• Any activity performed under their accounts
• Ensuring their accounts are not used for violations

Sharing accounts or allowing others to use your account is done at your own risk.

15. Enforcement and Moderation

Reborn Gaming staff maintain full discretion when enforcing community rules.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Warnings
• Temporary restrictions
• Temporary bans
• Permanent bans
• Full community removal

Staff decisions are final. Appeals may be reviewed at staff discretion but are not guaranteed.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reborn Gaming and its staff shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of our services.

• Loss of data
• Loss of digital purchases
• Service interruptions
• Account bans or restrictions
• Actions taken by other users

Use of our services is done at your own risk.

17. Indemnification

By using Reborn Gaming services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reborn Gaming, its staff, and operators from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the services
• Violations of these Terms
• Violations of applicable laws
