- All of these positions had similar responsibilities except for the GM position I held at Icefuse. They consisted of handling player complaints, questions and any other situations that required special permissions.

Why should the community support your application?
- I believe the community should support me because of my activity on the server and my extensive prior experience with moderation roles.
- As previously stated, I've held moderator roles across a wide spectrum of different role play servers. I understand very clearly the importance of an efficient and active staff team. During my time in those roles, I paid attention to every ticket and question that I received. Even when I was deep into role play or an event, I dropped what I was doing, swapped to staff mode and got to work.
- My main priorities were to quickly respond and assess the situation. I found that the more time a ticket sits, the less likely it is that the bad actor is caught and punished, as most people don't record.
- In addition, resolving the problem in a way that both parties are satisfied/understanding is important. Sure, that's difficult in many cases, but it's important for preventing future bad behavior. The last thing I wanted was a player to think I was only there to stick them in time out.
- Lastly, ensuring that staff policy and the rules are followed properly. This prevents staff from acting partially or subjectively. It also provides a guideline, so that all staff members are on the same page and resolve problems similarly.
- I've played off and on with this community for a while now, mostly back in 2020-2021-2022. So, I figured it's time to get seriously into it, especially with Icefuse being gone and the GMOD player base shrinking. (No shade to Reborn, I just happened to find Icefuse first back in 2020
). - Really what I'm saying is during the past couple of weeks I've played, I found that this is a really neat community with people that are putting in effort. I am a huge fan of what I've been seeing so far.
