Group Heal nerfed recently?

I was healing myself and others in a middle of a fight and I noticed that Group Heal now heals for 300 instead of 450. Is this intentional because people would heal themselves with Group Heal? Or is this somehow accidental?

I believe there was a nerf on it. But I don't know fully. I'll ask Shepard.
