This is a separate report from the sit that you see at the start of the video, and Shepard is the Owner, he can decide that it is an exploit.

I'm making a point that he is know not to follow the rules very well and needs to actually get punished, you're just opposing my opinion a lot because you think me and him have some type of beef and you're also using some made up beef you have with me as a way to back it up aswell.
