Make it so bans that are 48 hours (2days) or less can not be appealable, by the time a decision is made, they will already be back on the server.

I don't think this post needs to be made, if someone truly thinks its worth their time to appeal a 24-48 hour ban I'll take a look at it, sadly most of those appeals I had a hand in giving that punishment, whether recommending it myself or some other way.

I mean, that's how it should work on servers as well. You have to be proven to of done something against the rules before the server bans you.
